How to start capture a Document quickly from home screen? Shortcut Menu On the Home Page, at the bottom right corner, you will find a shortcut icon. This shortcut provides quick access to two primary features: Capture Assets: This option enables you to capture new assets Capture Document: This option allows you to capture new documents Capturing Documents To start capturing a document: Tap the Shortcut Icon: Click on the shortcut icon and select Capture Document Take a Photo: Use the camera to take a photo of the document Review and Confirm: Review the captured photo and confirm if it is satisfactory Document Card After capturing your first document, you will be redirected to the Document Card for additional information. On this screen, you can: Capture more documents: Add more documents as needed Re-capture documents: Correct the document photo by clicking on the document to start re-capturing Declare tags: Add relevant tags to the document Submitting the Document Once all information is correct, follow these steps to submit the document: Click submit: Scroll down to find the Submit button, click the button to submit the document Confirm submission: Confirm the submit action Note that the document will be unable for edit once submitted Upload Progress The upload process will be run in background to not blocking user activities. To monitor the progress: On the Home Page, go to the Document section A bottom progress bar will show the upload status While upload progressing, you can start capturing new documents without waiting for the current upload to finish
