How to start capture an Assets quickly from home screen? Shortcut Menu On the Home Page, at the bottom right corner, you will find a shortcut icon. This shortcut provides quick access to two primary features: Capture Assets: This option enables you to capture new assets Capture Document: This option allows you to capture new documents Capturing Assets To start capturing an assets: Tap the Shortcut Icon: Click on the shortcut icon and select Capture Assets Choose option: Option capture a Photo Option capture a Video Option capture a Audio Take an assets: Use the camera/recorder to take a photo/video/audio of the document Review and Confirm: Review the captured photo/video/audio and confirm if it is satisfactory Assets Card After capturing your first assets, you will be redirected to the Assets Card for additional information. On this screen, you can: Capture more assets: Add more photo/video/audio as needed Re-capture assets: Correct the photo/video/audio by clicking on an assets to start re-capturing Declare tags: Add relevant tags to assets Submitting Assets Once all information is correct, follow these steps to submit an assets: Click submit: Scroll down to find the Submit button, click the button to submit the document Confirm submission: Confirm the submit action Note that the assets will be unable for edit once submitted Upload Progress The upload process will be run in background to not blocking user activities. To monitor the progress: On the Home Page, go to the Assets section A bottom progress bar will show the upload status While upload progressing, you can start capturing new assets without waiting for the current upload to finish
