How to Register via Mobile App?
Introduction
You can create a new account on your own using your email address through the mobile app.
Attention: The email domain must be enabled by your organization for the registration to be successfully completed.
The newly registered account will have the default role of "Field User," allowing login and use of the mobile app.
Registration Functionality
On your mobile device, open the app, and you will see the login screen with a "Register" button. Click it and fill out the registration information.
Registration Form
The registration form includes the following fields:
Username:
The username is used for login.
The username cannot be changed after registration is completed, so think carefully before registering.
First Name:
Last Name:
Email:
The email address is used to receive the confirmation email, which will validate your identity within the organization.
The email address is also used to receive the password recovery link.
The email address cannot be duplicated among users.
Password:
Confirm Password:
The password confirmation must match the password.
Tip: Click the show/hide icon in the password field to reveal its value and make corrections if necessary.
Confirm Your Email
If the information provided is valid, the system will send an email that includes a confirmation link. You must open your inbox and click the link to verify your identity.
Tip: Check your SPAM folder if the email cannot be found.
Finalize
After completing the confirmation process, you will see a success message like the one below. Simply close the message and return to the mobile app to log in.
