How to filter data in Assets/Document timeline?
Overview
This feature allows users to filter the data displayed in the Assets/Document Timeline based on specific criteria, making it easier to find relevant evidences.
Steps to Filter Data
Navigate to the Timeline Page
Open the Assets/Document Timeline page where all evidences are listed.
Click the Filter Icon
Look for the Filter icon located at the top of the Timeline page. Tap on the icon to open the filter options.
Enter Filter Criteria
A Filter popup will appear, allowing you to input your desired filter criteria.
Filter by Created Date: You can specify a date range by selecting:
From: Choose the starting date.
To: Choose the end date.
Apply the Filter
After selecting your filter criteria, the timeline will update to display the filtered results based on the selected Created Date range.
Additional Notes
The filter values will be remembered for the current login session. These values will remain active until they are cleared at the event user signed out.
To clear the filter and reset the timeline view, tap the Clear button within the filter popup.
By following these steps, you can easily filter the data in your Assets/Document Timeline based on the Created Date range, improving your ability to locate specific records.
